Returns & Exchanges
We are extremely confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase from FanycDressDepot.com, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please see below.
All items ordered from fancydressdepot.com may be returned for a full refund as long as you inform us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for our goods whilst they are in your possession. All items for return must be returned in its original condition, including all its packaging.
Should any product be faulty, let us know immediately via email and we will be happy to refund or exchange it for you. Faulty goods should be returned by Royal Mail 'Signed For'. A refund for the return postage will be included at the same time as the full refund. Should you wish for a replacement, you will need to complete the usual ordering process and await your refund.
If the item arrives too late for your event, do not accept delivery and it will be returned to us. Alternatively you can return an item as described above.
How do I return my item?
If you have confirmed you are eligible for a refund or exchange, follow the process below to complete your return.
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your returns request. Please state the item you would like to return and include its reference number (printed on the despatch note). Don't forget to include your original order reference number too!
2. We will assess your returns request and send you a Returns Authorisation Number.
3. Write your Returns Authorisation Number on the despatch note received with your item(s) and return the item(s) and despatch note to:

Items received without a Returns Authorisation Number will not be processed.
The return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and shipping is at your own risk. We strongly advise you to use a tracked service such as Royal Mail 'Signed For'. It is your responsibility to ensure you are covered for any loss, as only items we actually receive back can be refunded.
4. Once we have inspected the item(s) and everything is in order, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
We are unable to refund makeup items, eyelashes, tights, wigs, underwear or masks.
Note: Any returned items that we receive that fall outside of this policy will not be refunded or exchanged. We will be happy to return the item to you at your expense.
